Adam’s spent more than 25 years in finance, but he didn’t start there. He trained as an electrician and served four years with the Royal Australian Navy’s Submarine Squadron before making the switch. Those years still shape how he works today: calm under pressure, straightforward, and no patience for overcomplicating things.
As Managing Director, Adam’s built BLS around one idea: good advice should give you clarity, not more to worry about. He’s worked with individuals, families and business owners from every walk of life, and the part of the job he still enjoys most is watching someone go from stuck to sorted.
Outside the office, Adam’s a proud dad to Jack, Ava and Milly, a tragic Essendon supporter, and always plotting the next 4WD trip into the outback.

Ovee’s career in financial advice began in 2013, building over a decade of experience within the banking sector before establishing his own practice as Director in 2024. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Financial Planning, along with further studies in ethics and professionalism in financial advice.
Away from the office, Ovee’s a keen local cricketer, a devoted family man, and a proud dad to Asha and Ravi – and, like the rest of the team, a long-suffering Essendon supporter.

Tegan Sanders
Office Manager
Known around the office as the “Director of Getting Stuff Done,” Tegan is the driving force keeping BLS running smoothly. With a background spanning real estate, insurance and lending, she brings a genuine passion for process, compliance and simply making things work.
A mother of three (plus one spoilt Corgi), Tegan somehow balances family life with a real talent for organisation. A tragic Essendon supporter, keen dancer, and committed animal lover, she’s known to turn up with an unexpected feathered or furry office visitor now and then.
Bendigo’s been home for 20 years, and Tegan’s happiest keeping chickens, tending bees, gardening, camping, or exploring the local farmers’ markets with her family – the simple pleasures of regional life, done properly.
Levi Moss
Customer Service Officer
A devoted Essendon supporter and self-confessed AFL tragic, Levi’s happiest with a long black in hand – whether that’s on the golf course, mowing the lawn to within an inch of its life, or sharing a wood-fired pizza with family and mates.
A proud dad to two energetic boys, Beckham and Walker, Levi knows firsthand that family life keeps you honest and keeps you busy, which is part of why he’s drawn to work that genuinely helps people.
Levi holds a Business Degree and has recently completed postgraduate studies in Financial Planning. Now in his Professional Year, he’s building his skills under the team’s experienced advisers, working toward becoming a trusted adviser in his own right – and looking forward to the relationships that come with it.
